This is
my Nani’s unique recipe… Yeriappa
is a part of festival sweet at my Nani’s house; she use to prepare this on rakhsa bandan day.
Preparation
Take 2 well ripped
bananas add sugar and blend to a smooth mixture; take this to bowl add cooking
soda, salt and maida (I haven’t mention the quantity of maida in ingredients list because we add maida to mixture till we get thick dosa consistency batter). Once you get the dosa consistency batter,keep
aside at least for 4-5 hrs.
After 4-5 hrs
mix the batter well see the consistency of the batter (shown in the below picture)
Heat oil in wok
(kadai).
Take the batter in deep round spoon (shown in the below picture)
and pour carefully in to the hot oil.

Fry on medium flame until it turns
light brown. Yeriappa is ready.
